Two active players who figured out how to train properly and now help other athletes do the same.

Liam is 20 and still actively playing, currently for Rose City UPSL. He's been playing soccer for 16 years, captained MLS NEXT teams, trained overseas with Burnley FC U23, and played at Mt SAC in 2024/25. He's not just a coach. He's in the middle of his own career.
Like a lot of athletes, he spent time early on training for size instead of speed and power. Once he made the switch to performance-based training, everything changed on the field. That's what pushed him to start coaching. He wanted to save other athletes the time he lost.
His goal is simple: help athletes train the right way and actually see it carry over into games.
Liam has been coaching at Evolve Soccer LA in Los Angeles for 6+ years. That on-the-ground experience is what the online programs are built from.
Sebastian is 20, with 10 years playing and 3 years coaching. He captained an NPL level club for 3 years and played at Pasadena City College in 2024/25. He attends USF studying Sociology & Psychology and plans to go into Physical Therapy after graduation.
He's had wins, a lot of losses, and a lot of lessons. That's exactly what shaped how he coaches. Making the switch to performance-focused training changed his life, and that's what he brings to every athlete he works with.
He's been coaching at Evolve Soccer LA for 3–4 years, working with athletes of all levels.

Built on RPE tracking, progressive overload, tempo-controlled lifts, and position-specific conditioning, not generic fitness programs.
Every athlete is assessed at intake and tracked across every session. We don't guess. We measure, adjust, and measure again.
A centre-back doesn't need the same training as a winger. Every program is built around what your position actually demands.
We tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. That honesty is what separates athletes who improve from those who plateau.
Short-term gains are real, but we build careers. Injury prevention, sustainable load management, and mental resilience are built into every plan.
Every athlete gets a full initial assessment: physical testing, video analysis of movement patterns, and a goal-setting conversation. From there, we build the program and revisit it every 4 weeks with objective data.
We work with players aged 14–35, from U16 academy prospects to adult semi-pros looking to get back to peak condition. If you're serious about improving, we're serious about coaching you.
Apply now and we will reach out within 24 hours to learn your goals and help you choose the right plan.
