It's a 20-minute video or phone call where we learn about your current level, your goals, and the specific areas you want to improve. We'll recommend the right program and answer any questions you have. No pressure, no sales pitch.
Everything is fully online. We're based in LA but work with athletes anywhere. Programs, check-ins, and video analysis are all handled remotely — you just need to put in the work.
We work with athletes aged 14 to 35. The vast majority of our athletes are between 16–28, but we have no strict upper limit — if you're committed, we'll work with you.
Most athletes notice measurable improvements within 4–6 weeks. We benchmark at intake and retest every 4 weeks so you always have objective data, not just a feeling. The biggest gains compound over 12+ weeks.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Monthly programs can be cancelled any time before the next billing cycle. We'd always rather you come back when the time is right than feel locked in.
